Choice of Used or New & Used vehicle sales modules. All printed output is personalised to suit your company. Sales and purchase invoicing. Profit and VAT reports. Supports digital photos, updates your web site.

Imports Add-On

Available as an add-on to our Car Sales module. Keep track of vehicles in transit, record any payments made in foreign currency and any duty paid.

Service Module

Supports Retail, Internal, Insurance and Warranty work, including excess payment. Add labour, oils, parts, and sublet work. Incorporates Oils Stock management system.

Including an electronic booking calendar which support estimate recording and allocation of parts from stock, job cards can be created in advance and allocated work and parts becomes live then the vehicle arrives.

Parts Stock Module

Parts stock control system. Ordering, invoicing and internal transfers. Returns and customer credit notes. Invoicing supports postage charges, bar code entry.

Sage Integration

Integrates all financial transactions from your Dragon2000 system into Sage Line 50, reducing the amount of repetition in data entry.

Bar Code Scanners

Adding a bar code scanner to each Parts computer will allow you to make use of the existing bar codes which may be printed on your parts stock lines, or to add your own bar codes.

Electronic Clocking and Attendance

An electronic terminal to allow staff to clock in and out of the building, and service technicians to clock on and off service jobs.
